Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is validated and a confirmation is sent. We may cancel or refund an order in the event of an obvious error, stock shortage, suspected fraud or inability to deliver.

Prices and currencies
Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market. Delivery charges, taxes and any applicable duties are specified before payment is confirmed. Products are sold only within the delivery areas stated on their product page.

Delivery and returns

Returns within 90 days of receipt
You have the statutory right of withdrawal during the first 14 days, followed by a commercial extension from the 15th to the 90th day to request a return. Light fittings that have been installed or used normally are accepted under this extension. If you change your mind, you are responsible for return costs; refunds use the original payment method. The procedure, the address provided after contacting us, and return and refund deadlines are detailed in our returns policy. None of your statutory rights is reduced.

Using the products
Before any use, read the manufacturer's instructions and follow the electrical specifications, power supply requirements and safety warnings stated for the model. Do not use a damaged product or an incompatible accessory.
