Before you buy

The specifications, variants, prices, and delivery conditions available are shown on each product page. For a hardwired wall or ceiling light, have the installation carried out by a qualified professional.

Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is free with no minimum purchase for addresses served in Metropolitan France. The Aveline, Ormeo, Liorane, Naléa, and Viséo models are shipped directly from China. For other models, packages are sent from Canada or France depending on stock availability.

For all models, allow 3 business days for processing, then generally 6 to 8 business days for shipping after dispatch: that is an estimated total of 9 to 11 business days. We count from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We prefer to be transparent: the 9 to 11 business days are an estimate. A delay of a few days may sometimes occur, particularly in the event of transport disruptions. If the announced timeframe is exceeded, contact us at contact@maisondoucecompagnie.com with your order number so that we can check the tracking with you.

This estimated timeframe of 9 to 11 business days also applies to the Aveline, Ormeo, Liorane, Naléa, and Viséo models. It may vary depending on the variant, address, availability, and carrier. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.

Any customs duties, import VAT, and carrier handling fees related to importation are covered by Maison Douce. If a carrier asks you for payment upon arrival, contact us with your order number and their request so that we can take care of it.

How to request a return?

Returns within 90 days of receipt
You have the legal right of withdrawal during the first 14 days, followed by a commercial extension from the 15th to the 90th day to request a return. Light fixtures that have been installed or used normally are accepted during this extension. In case of a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility; the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The procedure, the address provided after contact, and the return and refund timeframes are detailed in our return policy. None of your legal rights are reduced.
